Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

Inspection Process
Returned equipment will be inspected upon receipt. Refund approval is subject to verification of condition and compliance with return requirements.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days following inspection and approval.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for return transportation costs unless the return results from an error attributable to TTS Heavy Equipment.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Cancellation requests submitted after shipping arrangements have been finalized may be subject to administrative and logistics fees.
